1. Identify which screen has stopped

On DelionPlay, the Games link opens the shared catalog at games.delionplay.com. Selecting a game opens a player with a back button, the game's name, and an open-in-new-tab button. The game itself can be delivered from a separate hosting address. A working catalog and a stalled game are therefore two different observations, not proof that your whole connection is broken.

Note what you can see before changing anything. A catalog that never lists titles, a player with an empty area, a loading bar that stops, and a game that starts but ignores input all point to different next steps. If the game has already started, use our controls guide before treating the problem as a loading failure.

2. Compare the embedded and direct player

Use the small arrow-out-of-a-square button in the player toolbar to open the game's own address in another tab. Keep the original tab open for comparison. If the direct version loads, the problem may involve the embedded context or browser restrictions rather than the game files themselves.

This comparison is a diagnostic step, not a promise that progress will be shared between both views. Browser storage policies can treat an embedded game differently from a directly opened game. Return to your usual entry point if a different view does not show your progress.

3. Test the connection without a destructive reset

Leave the game tab open while you check another ordinary web page. If other pages also fail, address the connection first. If they work, try one reload of the game and watch whether its loading indicator advances. Repeatedly reloading a large download can restart work instead of helping it finish.

If you are using a browser embedded inside a messaging or social app, try the same link in your usual browser. An in-app browser can have different graphics, storage, or window-opening behaviour. Do not install a browser extension, download an executable, or provide payment information just to make a catalog game load.

4. Check graphics and available resources

A black canvas after the page appears can be a graphics problem. Our browser check can test whether this page can create a basic WebGL graphics context. A positive result means that capability is available here; it does not measure the game's performance, verify all its assets, or certify your device for every title.

Close other demanding tabs, keep the game visible, and use a supported, updated browser. If the browser reports a graphics restriction, follow its own help instructions. Avoid turning off security protections or changing several settings at once: a single, reversible comparison is easier to interpret.

5. Preserve progress and send a useful report

Do not start by clearing cookies, site data, or saved browser storage. A game that stores progress on your device can lose that progress when its data is removed. Read the saves guide first, especially if you have not confirmed an in-game account or cloud-save feature.

If the problem remains, send us the catalog or player link, game name, browser and device, the screen where loading stops, and whether the direct player behaved differently. Include the exact error text if one is visible. Our support page provides a report template, so you do not need to guess which technical details to collect.
