Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how DelionPlay handles personal data when you use our games, websites, and related services.

1. Who this Policy applies to

DELION PLAY PTE. LTD. (“DelionPlay”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is responsible for personal data covered by this Privacy Policy. The Policy applies to our websites, games, and related services, support, and communications (together, the “Services”).

Third-party platforms through which you access a Service, such as TikTok or an app store, handle some data under their own privacy policies. This Policy describes DelionPlay’s practices and does not replace those third-party policies.

2. Personal data we may collect

The data collected depends on how you use the Services and which features are available. It may include:

  • Platform and account data: a platform-issued identifier such as TikTok open_id, account status, region, and other information the platform makes available with your authorisation;
  • Gameplay data: progress, levels, scores, achievements, settings, game events, and cloud-save records;
  • Device and technical data: device type, operating system, language, time zone, approximate region, IP address, network information, app version, crash logs, diagnostics, and security events;
  • Advertising and analytics data: advertising identifiers where available, ad views and interactions, attribution information, and aggregated or pseudonymous usage measurements;
  • Transaction data: product, transaction identifier, purchase time, price, currency, and entitlement status supplied by a platform or payment provider. We do not receive your full payment-card number;
  • Communications: your email address and the content of support, privacy, legal, security, or business enquiries you send us; and
  • Information you choose to provide: other information submitted through a game feature, survey, promotion, or support interaction.

Our public website does not use a contact form or first-party analytics at launch. If we later introduce website analytics, cookies, or similar technologies, we will update this Policy and provide any notice or choices required by law.

3. How we collect data

We collect data directly from you, automatically when you use a Service, and from third parties that help provide the Service. These third parties may include TikTok or another distribution platform, device and operating-system providers, cloud hosting providers, analytics and advertising partners, app stores, and payment processors.

4. How and why we use data

We use personal data where necessary to provide the Services, pursue legitimate operational interests, comply with law, or with consent where consent is required. Purposes include:

  • authenticating users and linking game activity to the correct platform identifier;
  • operating gameplay, saving and restoring progress, processing entitlements, and providing requested features;
  • maintaining, troubleshooting, securing, and preventing fraud or abuse of the Services;
  • understanding performance and use, measuring advertising, and improving game design and reliability;
  • showing, measuring, and limiting advertising where enabled;
  • processing purchases and maintaining transaction records;
  • responding to support, privacy, legal, security, and business communications;
  • complying with legal obligations, enforcing our Terms, and protecting users, DelionPlay, and others; and
  • creating aggregated or de-identified insights that no longer identify an individual.

5. How we share data

We may share personal data only as reasonably necessary with:

  • platforms and app stores that distribute, authenticate, host, or process features for the Services;
  • service providers supporting cloud hosting, data storage, security, customer support, analytics, advertising, localisation, and technical operations;
  • payment and transaction providers to complete purchases, verify entitlements, prevent fraud, and handle refunds;
  • professional advisers and authorities where reasonably necessary to obtain advice, comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights and safety; and
  • transaction counterparties in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal protections.

We do not sell personal data for money. Where applicable law treats certain advertising disclosures as a “sale” or “sharing”, we will provide any required notices and choices.

6. International transfers

DelionPlay is based in Singapore and the companies that support our Services may process data in Singapore, Japan, and other countries. Those countries may have different data-protection laws from the country where you live. Where required, we use contractual, organisational, or other appropriate measures intended to provide a comparable level of protection for transferred personal data.

7. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide an active Service or account, maintain game progress, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, accounting, or reporting obligations. Retention periods vary by data type, sensitivity, legal requirement, and operational need. We then delete, anonymise, or securely isolate data unless longer retention is legally required.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your data or account may be at risk, contact security@delionplay.com.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to or correction of your personal data, ask for deletion or restriction, object to or withdraw consent for certain processing, request portability, or complain to a regulator. These rights may be subject to exceptions under applicable law.

To make a request, email privacy@delionplay.com. Please describe your request and the relevant Service. We may need to verify your identity and platform account before acting. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal, and it may prevent us from providing features that depend on that data.

You can also use device or platform controls to manage permissions, advertising identifiers, notifications, and other settings. Purchase and platform-account requests may need to be handled directly by the relevant platform.

10. Young users

Our Services are intended for people aged 14 and above and are not directed to children under 14. Users who are below the age of legal majority where they live should use the Services only with a parent or legal guardian’s permission. If you believe a child under 14 has provided personal data to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Advertising and third-party links

Some Services may include advertising or links to other services. Advertising partners may receive device, advertising, approximate location, and interaction data to deliver, measure, secure, or limit ads, subject to applicable law and platform settings. Third-party destinations have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our Services, practices, or legal obligations change. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice where a change is material and required by law. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
